Features

Adopted both inverter operation and utility power operation, and changed the processing method of the regenerative energy returned from the motor during high-speed lowering from the conventional discharging resistor system to the power regeneration system, thereby eliminating the resistor as a heating source
Can be used in gas and steam atmospheres where the explosion-proof structure “d2G4 (explosion grade 2 and ignition level G4)” needs to be built

Reducing shock at the time of start and stop and having less impact on the swinging of hoisted loads and buildings, thereby providing an optimal solution of subtle positioning
Nimble inching operation to facilitate subtle movements
Enabling the rapid deceleration of traversing in inverter operation mode by the opposite-direction manipulation

Equipped with the original hoist-specific inverter whose control unit has the function of indicating operation history (failure history, start frequency, and operating time), thereby simplifying maintenance
Enabling quick troubleshooting in an unexpected failure

The hoisting speed (low speed and high speed) can be set ranging from 1/10 to the rated value. The lowering speed (low speed) can be set approximately ranging from 1/10 to 1/3. The traversing speed in inverter-driven mode (for a load of 3 tons or less) can be set ranging from 1/10 to the rated value.
There is an optional inverter control board for an explosion-proof saddle when the hoist is used as a crane because the travelling operation needs to be inverter-driven.

The main circuit for hoisting is a breakerless type, which does not require the replacement of the magnetic contactor contacts.
This explosion-proof inverter hoist features a low current consumption at the time of slow startup, slow stop and start, which means that the life of the brake disk is longer compared to single-speed hoists and creeping-speed hoists. So the electricity and running costs can be reduced.
